Long term rental rates are available, as well as last minute specials.  For a week in the summer, or three months in the winter, we're happy to meet you needs.  Weeks run from Saturday 5PM to Saturday 10AM.  Weeks can be extended based on availability.

NOTE: Once you confirm availability on the web and notify us, we will only hold those dates for 10 days to allow you to get a 50% deposit to us.

For cancellations we require a 30 day written notification prior to arrival date.   Cancellations less than 30 days will result in a forfeit of the deposit.  Any cancellation results in $75    being withheld from your deposit for a processing fee regardless of the date of cancellation.  The balance or the rental rate should be sent 4 weeks before your arrival
